How did this come to our attention?
During our fieldwork in rural Sierra Leone, we saw women and youth eager to work but struggling with access to farming tools, quality seeds, and market connections. Many were forced to abandon farming, leading to food insecurity and economic hardship.
Determined to change this, we launched the “Seeds of Hope” initiative to provide training, resources, and cooperative farming support. Today, we see communities thriving—families growing their own food and selling surplus produce, paving the way for self-sufficiency.
Support vulnerable women and youth by providing agricultural training, resources, and tools to enhance food security.
