Promoting modesty in schools is a critical component of fostering a respectful, inclusive, and conducive learning environment in Sierra Leone. By integrating modesty into schools, engaging teachers, students, and parents, and creating a supportive school culture, the project aims to nurture well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society. Modesty is not just about appearance but also about fostering a sense of responsibility, empathy, and mutual respect among students, making it an essential value to instill within the education system.

Objectives

  • To promote a culture of modesty and respect in schools, focusing on behavior, dress, and interaction among students.
  • To develop and implement modesty-based education programs in school that foster modesty among students in school.
  • To equip teachers, parents, and students with knowledge and tools to reinforce modesty and respectful behavior both inside and outside the classroom.
  • To engage local communities, religious institutions, and school authorities in fostering an environment that upholds modesty in all aspects of school life.

Youth Drug Rehabilitation and Empowerment Program

The Youth Drug Rehabilitation and Empowerment Program offers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to addressing youth drug abuse. By combining medical intervention, psychological support, skill-building, and community involvement, the program aims to provide young individuals with the tools they need to break free from addiction and live a fulfilling, drug-free life. This initiative is an investment in the future of our youth and the well-being of our country.

Project Objectives

The primary objective of the YDRP is to assist young individuals in overcoming substance abuse, reintegrating into society, and leading healthy, productive life. The program will focus on the following specific goals:

  1. To provide individualized rehabilitation services for youth addicted to kush.
  2. To offer counseling and therapy to address the psychological impact of addiction.
  3. To enhance the skills and confidence of young people, enabling them to re-enter educational, professional, and social environments.
  4. To raise awareness and provide preventive education to vulnerable youth.

Expected Outcome

  1. Reduced Drug Dependency:
