Sierra Leone Friends of Humanity, we are dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need within our nation and various communities. Our donation event on September 12, 2024, exemplified our commitment to helping those who require our support the most.
On this significant day, our organization, consisting of five volunteer staff members, extended a helping hand to the A Christian Children Orphanage located in the heart of the Kissy community, just behind Choitram Supermarket. Through our combined efforts and determination, we provided essential foodstuff, clothing, and financial support to the children and staff at the orphanage.
The joy and gratitude displayed by the children and staff were truly heartwarming, and they reaffirmed our belief in the power of unity and compassion. Our organization firmly believes that it is our collective responsibility to support and uplift those who are most vulnerable in society, and our actions on September 12th were a testament to this belief.
